Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon chopped thyme
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoon chopped rosemary
- chix pieces
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 425
2. In small bowl, combine oil, thyme, rosemary, s&p. Rub mixture on chix pieces.
3. Arrange chix, skin side up on rack.
4. Bake chicken (do not turn) until golden borwn, juices run clear when thickest part is pierced with tip of knife (about 40 minutes).
5. Transfer chicken to large platter.
