Ingredients
- 2 cups turkey
- 1 cup corn
- 1 1/2 cup pepperjack cheese, shredded
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cup enchilda sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Dip tortillas in 1/2 cup enchilada sauce
mix together turkey, corn & 1 cup pepperjack cheese.
Roll mixture in the tortillas.
Cover with 1 cup enchilada sauce and 1/2 cup pepperjack cheese.
Bake 400 degrees 15-20 minutes.
