Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 4 oz. Spanish Chorizo
- 1 1/2 cups shredded turkey
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 4 thin sliced green onions
- 2 chopped plum tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Cook 1 cup long grain rice.
Meanwhile brown Chorizo
Add shreded turkey, peas, and white wine. Simmer until heated through.
STIR in rice, sliced green onions and
choppedtomatoes.
