Peanut Butter and Ice Cream Pie (Pampered Chef)

Ingredients

2 cups finely crushed creme-filled peanut butter sandwich cookies - about 16 cookies
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, melted
Mix together and bake for 10 minutes at 350! Freeze
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
1 cup coarsely chopped cream filled peanut butter sandwich cookies - about 8 cookies
1 quart strawberry ice cream
Spread ice cream over crust. Sprinkle with nuts and cookies; top with strawberry ice cream.
2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping.
3 T. chopped peanuts
Spread half of whipped topping over ice cream; pipe the rest to make pretty, sprinkle with peanuts.
