Ingredients
- 1 can (15 1/2oz) black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
- 3/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 3/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1 jar (2oz) diced pimientos, drained
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 bottle (8oz) fat free italian salad dressing
- baked tortilla chips
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl combine the first nine ingredients, cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
