Ingredients
- 2 C flour
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 egg
- 3/4 C sour cream
- 1/2 C ground nuts (almonds or pecans)
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 t cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour and butter as for pie crust. Add 1 egg and 3/4 C sour cream. Work into a roll. Cover & refrigerate overnight. Divide into 4 parts. Roll out into circle. Sprinkle with sugar mixture to cover. Cut in thin wedges and roll up. (Best to use pizza cutter). Place on ungreased cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Best served right out of oven.
Sugar Mixture: mix ground nuts, sugar and cinnamon.
