Ingredients
- 2 Graham Cracker Crusts
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2/3 cup cocoa
- Pinch of salt
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 cups milk
- 2 Tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Measure dry ingredients and stir together until blended. Separate egg whites and yolks. Beat yolks slightly. Add 4 cups milk, beaten yolks, and vanilla to dry ingredients.
Heat in microwave on high for two minute increments in a glass bowl. Stir after each 2 minutes. When thickened to right consistency (thick and creamy), pour into crusts. Cool and top with whipped cream.
