Orzo

Ingredients

  • 1 box Orzo
  • 1 can Sliced chestnuts
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Red or green pepper
  • 1/2 pkg Onion soup mix
  • 1 can Mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook orzo according to package directions.
2. Saute onion, pepper, mushrooms and water chestnuts.
3. Drain orzo and put into baking pan with sautéed vegetables.
4. Add onion soup mix.
5. Mix thoroughly. Sprinkle some onion soup mix on top.
6. Bake @ 350 for 25 minutes.
