Spinach And Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) packet alfredo sauce ("or" make your own)
  • 1 (10 ounce) packet frozen spinach, thawed,well drained and chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed (more, according to taste!)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together until blended.
Spoon mixture into a quiche dish or pie plate.
Sprinkle with additional 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional).
Bake at 350'F for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
