Spinach Salad

Ingredients

• Dressing:
• 2 pkg baby spinach
• 6-8 slices fried bacon
• 4 hard boiled eggs
• 1 medium onion
• 1-1/2 c. croutons
• 1/4 c. oil
• 1/2 c. vinegar
• 1 c. sugar
• 3-4 tsp. yellow mustard
• salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Wash spinach, chop eggs, combine with chopped onion. Toss together and add dressing right before serving.
