Whipped Pumpkin Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 15-oz can Pumpkin
  • 1/2 Cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup heavy whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook pumpkin and brown sugar with cinnamon in medium skillet over medium heat stirring constantly. Transfer to bowl and cool to room temp.

2. Whip cream and fold into pumpkin mixture. Chill and serve.
