Directions

CLEAN MUSHROOMS TO REMOVE GRIT. BOIL 3 MINUTES IN A MIXTURE OF 1/2 WATER AND 1/2 VINEGAR. COOL SLIGHTLY. PLACE MUSHROOMS IN A JAR WITH OTHER INGREDIENTS AND COVER GENEROUSLY WITH WHITE VINEGAR.....CAN ADD MORE GARLIC IF YOU WANT.
