  • 2 cups cubed raisin-walnut bread
  • 2 tbl melted butter
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup sliced scallions
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill
  • 1/4 cup chopped mint
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 chopped romaine hearts
  • 1/2 cup candied pecans
  • salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

toss bread cubes with melted butter, bake at 400 until crisp, 12-15 min.
puree mayo, sour cream, buttermilk scallions, dill, mint and kosher salt in a blender. toss romaine hearts with the dressing, pecans and the croutons. season with salt and pepper
