Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked pumpkin
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1 1/2 milk OR 3/4 cup evaporated milk OR 3/4 cup water
- 2 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat strained pumpkin over medium heat for 10 minutes stirring frequently.
Combine: sugar, flour, spices and salt
Stir in heated pumpkin and remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth.
Bake 40 minutes
