Bucket of Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 15 ounce box raisin bran
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1 quart buttermilk
  • 5 cups flour
  • 5 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Preparation

Step 1

Put flour raisin bran soda salt and sugar in a large bowl and mix. Add beaten eggs, butter and buttermilk. Mix well. Store in fridge in covered bowl up to 4 weeks. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
