Baked Onions

Ingredients

  • 6 medium onions
  • 1/4 cup oil oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Cut ends of onion. Peel and boil onion for a few minutes. Plunge into cold water and drain. Bake at 375 about 1 hour. Remove and cool. Remove outer layer and cut inside into slices. Toss with oil and season with salt and pepper. Good to make an onion salad or serve with meats
