350 DEGREES

BAKE CHICKEN LIVERS UNTIL THOROUGHLY BAKED, TURN OVER ONCE WHILE BAKING AND POUR

OFF EXCESS LIQUID. BROWN THE DICED ONION IN EITHER CHICKEN FAT OR BUTTER, SET

ASIDE WITH THE ONION PIECES REMOVED. CHOP CHICKEN LIVERS, EGGS AND FINELY DICED

ONION (TO YOUR TASTE), THEN ADD CHICKEN FAT OR BUTTER UNTIL NICE AND MOIST.
