Ingredients
- 3 cups (1-1/2-2 pounds stew meat
- 2 T. cooking oil
- 2 cups cubed potatoes
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 clove garli, minced
- 1 4 ounce can taco sauce
- 1 4 ounce can green chiles
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 cups hot water

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown meat in oil 15-30 minutes.
2. Add potatoes and continue browning about 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer about 2 hours.
