Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 2 tablespoons ginger root, grated
- 2 small jalapeno chile peppers, seeded and minced
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 1/2 pounds cabbage, shredded
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup light coconut milk
Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute onion in oil 5 mins.
2. Add ginger-salt. Simmer 10 mins. Add milk. Serve.
