Ingredients
- Crust
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter melted

- Filling
- 3 8 ounce packages cream cheese soft
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
combine crust ingredients and press into springform pan. Combine cream cheese and sugar mixture and mix till smooth. Add eggs one at a time. add vanilla
Pour into crust. bake in preheated oven at 450 for 10 minutes then reduce temp to 250 for 35 minutes. Cool well before removing ring of pan
