Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 2 egg yolks beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all dry ingredients in sauce pan. Add water and simmer over low heat until thickened and boils. Remove from heat, add butter vinegar and horseradish. mix some of hot liquid with egg yolks then add to pan. cook until slightly thick.
