Ingredients

  • 5 lbs red potatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • parsley
  • spices you wish to add
  • I use bacon & chive packet in produce isle

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatoes until almost done, drain.
Melt butter and add seasonings.
Mix well.
Add potatoes.
Layer on cookie sheets
Sprinkle with salt & pepper
Roast 450* for 30-45 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
