Ingredients

• 2 lbs. chicken legs and thighs
• veg. oil
• 1 tbl adobo seasoning
• 1 tbl all purpose seasoning
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder

Preparation

Step 1

put chicken in bag and coat with cooking oil. add the spices. let marinade in the refrig. for 24 hours. Cook in 220 degrees for 4 hours.
