Ingredients

  • 2 cups white all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Stir the dry ingredients into a large bowl.
2. In a separate bowl beat eggs, oil and milk until well blended.
3. Mix just enough to form a creamy batter with small lops.
4. Heat griddle or frying pan to 375°F.
5. Turn when edges are dry and top covered by bubbles.
