  • • 1 Tbsp butter 1 Cup Finely Chopped onion

  • • 1 4-Oz Can Mushroom Stems And Pieces, drained

  • • 2½ Cups Chicken Stock

  • • 1 6-Ounce Box Long Grain And Wild Rice

  • • 2 Tablespoons Minced Fresh Parsley (Or 1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes)

Directions

How to make 1. Melt margarine in saucepan. Saute onion until clear. 2. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. 3. Cover. Reduce heat and cook 25 to 30 minutes, until water is absorbed.
