Salsa

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 4 oz can green chiles (I used only 1/2 can in the past)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1-2 T. lemon juice
  • 2 T. oil
  • salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Blanche tomatoes and remove skin.
Mix all ingredients in a food processor to desired consistency. Serve with chips.
