Ingredients
- 4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/2 c bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, melted and cooled
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, room temp
- 6 oz cream cheese, room temp
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Beat butter and cream cheese together until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and half of powdered sugar, beat well to combine. Add rest of powdered sugar and melted chocolate, beat well. Beat on high for 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
