Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cups frozen corn kernels, thawed
- 1/4 cup diced red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 clove chopped fresh garlic
- 3 tbsp fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp Navidi's chipotle olive oil
- 2 tbsp Navidi's jalapeño balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
