Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Wesson Oil divided
  • 1 Onion Small chopped
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper Large seeded chopped fine
  • 1 LB boneless chicken sliced 2x1/2 strips
  • 1 Can bamboo shoots, drained
  • 1 10oz jar sweet & sour sauce
  • 1 20oz can pineapple chunks drained
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp corn starch
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • Chow Main Noodles Optional

Preparation

Step 1

Heat 1 Tbsp Oil in large skillet or wok
Stir in onions & peppers cook until crisp tender & remove from skillet.
Add remaining Oil to skillet add chicken and cook until tender. (180 degrees preferred)
Add onions & peppers back in with Chicken add bamboo shoots & pineapple

In small bowl combine soy sauce, sweet and sour mix, add water, corn starch mix add to skillet.

Serve over noodles if you like or small cooked noodles
