Sausage rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg cressent rolls
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 8 oz. cream cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Spread out cressent rolls on cookie sheets. Seal any perferations. Bake 3-4 minutes at 350 and let cool. Combine 1 lb cooked sausage and 8 oz cream cheese. Spread over cool dough, and roll up into 2 long rolls. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
