Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup scallion, minced
- 1 tablespoon chile paste with garlic
- 2 teaspoons ginger root, minced
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped
- 4 rolls
- 1 cup onion sprouts
Preparation
Step 1
1. Whisk peanut butter, soy, sesame oil, water, vinegar, and garlic.
2. Prepare grill.
3. Place scallion, chile paste, ginger, soy, salt, and chicken in processor. Process until coarsely ground. Shape into 4 patties.
4. Grill 4 minutes per side.
5. Serve with rolls, sprouts, and peanut sauce.
Notes: These are delicious and among our favorite burgers
