Ingredients
- 6 medium sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 2 T flour
- 2 T butter

Preparation
Step 1
Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water 45-60 min. or until tender. Let cool- peel and mash.
Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and 1/2 cup butter. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Spoon into greased 9 X 13 pan.
Combine brown sugar, pecans, flour and 2 T butter. sprinkle over casserole. bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
