Balsamic Salad Dressing (Michael's favorite)

A good dressing for a spinach salad or a mesculun greens salad.

Ingredients

• 3/4 olive oil
• 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
• 4 Tbsp sugar (8 packs of splendid)
• 2 Tbsp Grey Poupon
• 2 cloves of garlic
• salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients in a Mason jar. Shake well and pour on greens.
