Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 TBL lemon juice
  • 6 TBL oil
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1 TBL garlic
  • 1 TBL horseradish
  • 1 1/2 TBL grain mustard
  • 1 1/2 TBL dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 TBL ketchup
  • 1 1/2 TBL parsely leaves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • dash of pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process for 30 seconds. Use immediately or store. Will keep for several days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
