Chicken Cornbread Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 Cups cubed cooked chicken breast
- 4.5 oz can green chiles
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream (or less)
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Cornbread topping
- 1 pouch 6.5 oz cornbread and muffin mix
- 1 can (14.75) cream style corn
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbl butter melted

Step 1
Heat oven to 400. Spray 9x13 glass baking dish with cooking spray
In large bowl, mix chicken, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, sour cream, chilies and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in cheese. Spoon mixture evenly into prepared dish.
Make cornbread mix as directed on package, substituting corn for the milk and adding the egg and melted butter.
Spread evenly over chicken mixture.
Bake about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of topping comes out clean.
