Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 small onions diced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1-19oz can tomatoes
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp worchestire sauce
- 5 cups water
- 3 lg. diced carrots
- 3 chopped celery stalks
- 3 medium potatoes diced
- 1-10oz can corn
- 3/4 cup elbow macaroni
Preparation
Step 1
In a large pot melt butter. Add beef, cook slightly. Add onions and garlic. Cook until tender. Add tomatoes, lemon juice, worchestire sauce , salt, pepper and water. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Add carrots, celery, potatoes and undrained corn. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Cook macaroni in another pot. Drain and add to soup.
