Ingredients
- SAUCE:
- 2lbs - spare ribs or boneless pork butt cut into 1” squares
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 TBSP Cornstarch
- 4 Tsp Shoyu
- 1 Tsp Liquor (Crown Royal, Whiskey, Sherry, whatever you have in the cabinets)
- 2 Cup Honey or sugar of your choice
- 1 Cup Vinegar
- Ginger, 2-3 inch peeled, cut in half lengthwise
- ..............................................................................
- 1 Can Pineapple Chunks, juice included.
Preparation
Step 1
Mix and marinate spare ribs, Salt, Cornstarch, Shoyu, Liquor for 10 minutes.
Sauce:
Pour sauce ingredients and pork in IP. Manual 30 minutes. I just manual released. But if in a hurry can QR.
Add:
Pineapple Chunks, juice included.
Make a cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
