Meatballs (great)

Ingredients

  • Part 1
  • 1 1/2 Cups soft white bread cubes
  • 1/3 Cup milk
  • 1 Egg
  • Part 2
  • 1 LB Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Cup grated Romano / Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Tsp garlic minced
  • 1/2 Cup parsley minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Part 3
  • Olive Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Part 1.
Mix Milk & egg, add bread cubes and let stand 15 minutes
Part 2.
Mix well & make into small sized balls.
Part 3.
add Olive oil to pan (non-stick) brown meatballs, add to spaghetti sauce if your cooking altogether.

If you are just making meatballs put them on a sheet pan & bake @ 350 degrees til done
