• 7 eggs separate
• 1 and 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 cup oil
• 3/4 cup orange juice
• 1 vanilla sugar

Step 1

mix the egg whites with 3/4 cup sugar.
mix the yolks with the rest of the ingredients
fold the yolk with the whites.
bake at 350 in a tube pan.
no greasing.
when cool turn cake upside down on
a bottle;
