Ingredients
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tsps ground cumin
- 2 tsps dried oregano
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbs OJ
- 3 lb. pork shoulder

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the oil, salt, oregano, cumin, pepper, garlic, lime and orange juice in a small bowl. Make slits in the pork with a paring knife and rub liberally all over with the oil mixture.Place pork in slow cooker and top with the remaining juices from the bowl.Cover and cook on low about 6 hours, flipping once when halfway through.
