COBB SALAD

Ingredients

  • DRESSING:
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp worchestire sauce
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • SALAD INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce, finely chopped
  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
  • 6 crispy strips bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 lb blue cheese, crumbled
  • 3 hard cooked boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 avocados, chopped
  • 1/4 lb chopped swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

DRESSING:

Combine all ingredients in blender and mix well.


SALAD:

Arrange lettuces in bottom of bowl. Place remaining ingredients in rows across the top. Sprinkle with parsley. Add french dressing and toss just before serving.
