RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE

  • 2 c. diced rhubarb
  • 1 c. drained crushed pineapple
  • 2 well beaten eggs
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix rhubarb and pineapple together and cover with other ingredients which have been mixed into a mooth paste.

Pour into an unbaked pie shell and cover with pastry strips.

Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes
