Ingredients
- 1 pound lowfat ricotta cheese
- 6 tablespoons skim milk
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 pound fettucine
- 2 tablespoons light butter
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced
- salt and pepper

Step 1
1. Cook pasta.
2. Beat ricotta and milk. Add cheese. Toss with pasta and butter. Add parsley. Season.
