Fettucine with Lowfat Alfredo

  • 1 pound lowfat ricotta cheese
  • 6 tablespoons skim milk
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound fettucine
  • 2 tablespoons light butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook pasta.

2. Beat ricotta and milk. Add cheese. Toss with pasta and butter. Add parsley. Season.
