Ingredients
- 1/3 cup nonfat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 1/2 cups diced chicken, cooked
- 10 ounces frozen broccoli flowerets, thawed
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine sour cream-parsley.
2. Cook rice with water and onion until done. Mix in dressing.
3. Add chicken, broccoli, celery, and tomatoes. Chill until cold.
