Ingredients
- Baked pie crust
- whole strawberries
- granulated sugar
- wip cream
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 crushed berries.
Preparation
Step 1
Put whole strawberries in baked pie crust.
Sprinkle with granulated sugar.
To make sauce combine water and sugar. Thicken with the cornstarch. Add the crushed strawberries.
Cool the sauce and pour over berries in the crust. Top with whip cream.
This can be made with any fruit.
