Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked ham; finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green pepper; chopped
- 1/4 cup onion; finely chopped
- 1/2 cup half n’ half cream
Preparation
Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk eggs and half n' half; stir in cheese, ham, pepper and onion.
Pour into quiche pan
Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown
