Venison Meat Loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz can of tomato sauce
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups ground venison
  • 2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, beat eggs.
Add tomato sauce, onion, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Add ground venison and mix well.
Press into a loaf pan.
Mix brown sugar, mustard, and vinegar.
Pour over the meat loaf.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 70 minutes.
