Ingredients
- 4 eggs, separated
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- butter
Preparation
Step 1
Whip egg whites. Beat yolks. Add milk, flour, salt and sugar. Fold in stiff whites
Cook over med-low heat. Serve with lemon, jam and jelly.
