  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 c pumpkin puree
  • 1 med ripe banana
  • 1/2 tsp each ground cinnamon and ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp each ground cloves, ground cardamom, and ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 c 1% milk

Step 1

1. SOAK dates in very hot water for 5 minutes. Finely chop soaked dates.

2. COMBINE dates, pumpkin, banana, spices, and milk in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve.
