Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 3/4 & 2 T heavy cream
- 6 T sugar
- 3 C challah bread, Cut
- 1 1/2 C chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 large eggs
Preparation
Step 1
In bowl, beat together milk, cream, sugar chocolate chips, and salt. Pour in sauce pan and cook over low heat. Whisk until chocolate melts. Remove from heat. Whisk in eggs. In large bowl combine bread and chocolate mix. Soak bread several hours or overnight. Grease baking dish. Place bread mix in pans and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Place foil on top and bake 30 more minutes. Top with whip cream.
